We worked with ink washes last class. I washed up a couple of oranges.
As pictured above we also did another shade exercise. I love the little technical practice exercises our instructor is giving us.
My only complaint about the class is that it's too short! Back in college during our 5-hour studio courses I would often get fidgety and bored but this class is a weekly reminder that art needs time and getting warmed up takes almost the 2.5 hours we have!
I spent the rest of the day editing some stuff and puttering around the house. Oh Tuesdays.
